1. Deposit and Cancellation:

- A non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. If the client cancels the shoot within 21 days of the due date, the deposit will be non-refundable.

- In the event that Vision Productions  Ltd needs to reschedule the shoot due to unforeseen circumstances, every effort will be made to accommodate the client's new preferred date. However, if the client declines the rescheduled date, the deposit will become non-refundable.

 

2. Refunds:

- If Vision Productions Ltd cancels a shoot at any time due to unforeseen circumstances and a mutually agreeable rescheduled date cannot be arranged, a full refund will be issued to the service provider. 

 

3. Use of Shoot Content or Images:

- By booking and paying the deposit, the client agrees to allow Vision Productions Ltd to use their shoot content or images indefinitely for marketing and advertising purposes.

 

Please note that these terms and conditions are subject to change and Vision Productions Ltd will notify the client of any updates or amendments. It is recommended that the client carefully review and understand these terms before proceeding with the booking.
